This Website was realized in 2008, to support my enterprise acquisition project. I then created the ACTYES company, suitable for investments, advisory or consulting assignments. My project became a reality when I took the head of the company OTIMA, and entered the capital as minority shareholder (16%) within a LBO in April 2010 through the holding Leda Finances. I then left all operational responsibilities of OTIMA early in January 2011 following strategic discrepancy with its old founding President. Since that date my participation in the capital is now reduced to a nominal sum. This website is now out of service.
